Waited 35 minutes when i had an appointment, look at the scale that every animal is weighed on, its disgusting and never cleaned... i watched dog after dog after dog go in front of me and although there is a spray bottle and wipes they were never used... good way to transmit diseases to other healthy animals wont be returning...

Sight stated free rabies vaccine clinic. I signed our dogs up. It plainly states a 5.99 disposal fee for materials used in their "free vaccine clinic". Nothing else was shown, stated about any other costs. We arrive at our scheduled appointments and we were told it was $45 per animal and a 5.99 disposal fee of materials. I will schedule and get all of our animals shots for less than $45 per animal. I told the receptionist that this exact thing is why people are getting upset during this event, that it was not her, but the company she was representing, unfortunately.

Absolutely do not recommend ! Even with an appointment I waited 20 minutes to get checked in. Their prices are high and unreasonable. I suggest any vet clinic for better service and pricing.

The experience was good and the vets were attentive and helpful. However my pets birthdates were put in wrong and I don’t like that I am paying over $100 for an exam and vaccines for my pet that given he need antibiotics for something found within the exam, the Petco vet can not write me a prescription for those antibiotics. Therefore I’m supposed to go pay another vet for another exam just to get the prescription I need. That is ridiculous and needs to be addressed and changed ASAP!! That is a problem.
